Please beware of unscrupulous
alleged "loan modification &
debt settlement companies"
setting up in your area. These
bandits rent small local offices in
order to draw in customers and
gain their trust by having a "local
presence".
They want you to believe that it's
better to deal with them because
they are near you, instead of
dealing with a company that is
located in another state. Once
they gain your trust and you pay
their fee, they don't even return
your calls.
As soon as they have stolen the
hard earned money of 30
customers or more, they close
the office and take off to perform
the same scam in the next town.
It's people like these that have
tarnished this industry and it's
people like these that make it
more difficult for legitimate
companies like ours to do our
job.
